Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

Curbside pickup is available for Orders if full rolls or pallets. Pickups are available Tuesday-Friday, 1000-1530. Please contact us in advance on pvtanna@jp-supplies.com in order to arrange a collection slot.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Shipping Definitions

Handling Time – this is the time required to dispatch confirmed orders. Current handling time is 1-3 working days

Delivery Time – this is the time required by carriers to deliver items. Please see “Delivery Times” below

Total Delivery time = Handling Time + Delivery Time

Free Shipping

We offer free  shipping on UK Mainland: Free Delivery on orders over £799 + VAT
UK Highlands: Free Delivery* on orders over £999 + VAT
Northern Ireland Mainland: Free Delivery on orders over £999 + VAT
Republic of Ireland: Free Delivery* on orders over £999 + VAT
International – Please contact us via email for a bespoke quote

For NI and ROI further customs charges will apply

* Free delivery is not available in some parts of the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands. Delivery cost will be calculated at checkout. .

Delivery Times

Standard UK – 2-3 Working day delivery time
UK Highlands and Islands – 4-5 Working day delivery time
Northern Ireland and ROI – 4-5 Working day delivery time

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
